The AI Live Host service is provided to help clients sell products live using an AI host. Each session will be conducted according to the schedule agreed upon with the client.

The service fee is RM 2,555 per month. Payment must be made in full before the service begins. All payments are non-refundable once made, except in the case of technical errors verified by our team.

Clients are responsible for providing all materials needed for the live session, including products, scripts, and any media. We are not responsible for internet issues or technical problems on the client’s side.

All client information, including product details, pricing, and other materials, will be kept confidential. Client data will not be shared with third parties without permission.

All payments made are non-refundable. Once payment is completed, no refund will be given even if the client cancels or changes the schedule. Please ensure all details and scheduling are correct before making payment.

AI Live Malaysia is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our services, including lost sales or technical disruptions on the client’s side.
