All payments made for AI Live Host services are non-refundable. Once payment is completed, no refund will be issued for cancellations or schedule changes.
Refunds may only be considered in case of technical errors or service failures caused by AI Live Malaysia. Any request must be submitted within 7 days of the incident, and will be reviewed by our support team.
Before making any payment, please ensure that all details including service date, package, and requirements are correct. Payments made in error cannot be refunded.
